1/4 Cup Unsweet Non-Dairy Milk (I used vanilla hemp milk)
1/2 TSP Vanilla Powder (or 1 TSP Vanilla Extract if you don't have powder)
1 TBSP Ground Cinnamon
1/3 TSP Salt
1 Cup Brown Rice Flour
1/2 Cup Hemp Hearts
1 TBSP Chia Seeds
1 TSP Tapioca Starch
1 TSP Baking Soda
Mix all Wet ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.
In a separate bowl, mix all Dry ingredients.
Pour Wet ingredients into Dry and stir with a wooden spoon until combined.
Prepare a bread pan by cutting parchment paper to fit the inside (Cut a rectangle that's larger than the pan and cut lines from each corner about an inch toward the center. This allows it to conform to the pan better.)
Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan.
Bake at 350 degrees until the top is cracked and the center is somewhat firm. The longer you cook it, the crumblier it will be. Taking it out when it's still a bit soft in the middle will be more like a spoon bread (still yummy, just different)!
